The project ‹ unplugged, 2021 › embodies the sensory detox through art x technology therapy with VR & AI. It aims to align the mind and body back into the balance by technologically-induced breathing training, meditation while expanding awareness of the self. It sheds light on a series of mental health issues in the era of overstimulation.

By intentionally utilising the technological barriers; semantic errors in translation (KR-EN); inappropriate honourifics; limitations in detecting subtle differences that cannot be verbalised or decoded by its rules, which humans can naturally perceive unknowingly.
