‹ Unplugged:직 · 간접 릴랙 - 세이숀 (2021) › explores sensory detox through art x technology therapy using VR and AI. Conceived with neurodivergent sensibilities in mind, it rebalances the body-mind system (.become 0) through a technologically-equipped embodied recalibration: AI-induced breathwork and VR meditation—ironically—is to orient oneself in an oversaturated world, amidst heightened sensory input and scattered cognition.

 


Neuroscience traces clarity to stillness, specifically to the activation of the Default Mode Network (DMN) during rest; enabling the brain to filter distractions; reorganise internal states; and reclaim clarity from within. Yet despite growing awareness around mental health, the cultural undervaluing of rest—and the necessity to unplug—persists.
